JUSTIFICATION
He present project of awareness is performed to give importance to the
sense that provides the good power of them children and girls of the garden
highlighted of Sun, that proposes it company Gela'Mix through the development
of a project by which is aims to strengthen and enrich the knowledge of them
children, giving them a good orientation on requirements nutritional that must
receive them during their first years of life. Since during the first childhood
is produces greater development and growth of the life of a child. That is why
it is very important that children have a good diet, since otherwise it may
fall on varying degrees of malnutrition and malnutrition. We make this project
so that we concienticemos children of the importance of having a good
nutrition, especially in the growth stage where needed in your body protein and

The company Gela'Mix conducted a project in the "Ray of Sun" garden there carry out awareness activities for children on the importance of the three meals, since children are at this stage in the first years of life, which is when the children acquire the habits and they will accompany until they are adults. On the first visit we introduce ourselves, we talked a bit with the children about the food they received in the garden. In the second visit we talked a little bit about breakfast and give them some drawings with the components of breakfast, in which they coloring and then cut what most pleases them breakfast. In the third visit dialogue on the importance of the lunch, we gave ones puzzle to them it crossword, which was formed by illustrations of them fruits and vegetables, then we had what liked to children. The fourth visit teach them about the importance of food where you put to hear a song about meals and did a dynamic dancing and doing exercise. On the last visit we did them a small farewell party in which we offer children our company product, thus we conclude our last activity, providing also a thank you to the Lady Ruth Bernal commissioned the garden by the collaboration and the support that he offered us in this process.

CONCLUSIONS
